ABOUT THIS VIDEO: We ran into this song at a powerlifting meet. They were using it to get the competitors jacked up before their lifts. Then, it got us jacked up! Then, we were like, "why don't we use this for our upcoming performance?" Then, we decided to also use it for the adult Hip Hop dance class and teach them part of the choreo from our performance.
